“This makeover couldn’t have come at a better time. Thanks to Forever Young I have survived through the first winter without my dear husband. I am very thankful for all the people who offered their time to help me at Dr. Kurss’ Women’s Wellness Center of WNY, as well as the chic wardrobe from the Jacqueline Shoppe and my movie star day at Season’s Day Spa.” Helen has changed her whole attitude about exercise now, too. “The makeover has started me on a better way of living and I’m determined to keep up this exercise! I’ve lost ten pounds, but the bigger excitement is that I really see now how it all works. It’s not so much about weight loss as it is about getting your body firmer and toned — adding more muscle. I can now fit into jeans that I haven’t worn in years.”
