A Seasoned Chef

I’ve just returned from an exciting trip to the Middle East. In addition to the incredible history and culture, for me, one of the most wonderful parts of the trip was the food. It is always fun to try new cuisines and each meal started with a dizzying arrray of salads, or as they say meze. Here are a few of my favorites. Always serve with flatbread or pita. I hope you enjoy them too!
