Thanks to all who came out to meet us at our 18th Annual Travel, Health and Fitness Show at the Walden Galleria Mall last month. Right on the heels of Western New York’s October Surprise storm, and despite the devastation, people joined us to chat, relax and have fun. Our vendors greeted everyone with open arms and shared new ideas, products, information and prizes. Special performances and lectures were a big hit at center stage featuring fitness demos, a dog fashion show and many helpful tips for your health and well being. We enjoyed speaking one-on-one with many readers — it was great to meet you all!
