Meet Us at the Expo!

Your friends at Forever Young Magazine will greet you at The Walden Galleria Mall on October 20 & 21 (10 a.m.–6 p.m.) for the 18th Annual Travel, Health and Fitness Expo. Join us for the fun and variety of features and entertainment at this FREE event! Expo highlights include demonstrations by regional fitness, travel and health specialists, live entertainment and great prizes. Forever Young, Western New York’s magazine devoted to the interests and concerns of Western New Yorkers over 50, has brought together a wide range of vendors offering useful tips and regional services to enhance the over-50 lifestyle.

On-stage, located across from Best Buy in Walden Galleria Mall, Univera Healthcare will teach you how to stay healthy during the holiday season. Get on your feet with Jazzercise -and Gold’s Gym — presenting interactive fitness demos! La-De-Da Pet Shop will show you the newest in doggie fashions with their “Fetching Fashion Show,” and see the newest in fall and winter footwear at the Catwalk Shoes booth. Dr. David Kurss and practitioners from the Women’s Wellness Center will present the latest in chiropractic, nutrition, laser treatment, massage and fitness techiques.

Channel 7’s AM/Buffalo will broadcast segments live on Friday morning. Meet your favorite Channel 7 personalities including Linda Pellegrino and Jon Summers.
