Can it be? Buffalo Bills opening day already? This year’s home opener sees the J.P. Losman-led Bills take on the perennially tough Denver Broncos in a battle of two young quarterbacks. The legendary pop duo of Chad Stuart and Jeremy Clyde — Chad and Jeremy — will be performing a rare concert on September 19 at the Fredonia Opera House. The city of Buffalo’s glorious trees were horribly damaged last October, which makes the Olmsted Park System’s fifth annual Party for the Parks even more important. The gala will be held on September 28 at the Buffalo and Erie County Historical Society from 7-11 p.m. and will feature live music, basket and silent auctions, locally prepared foods and a cash bar.
