Spend Sundays in July
at Graycliff and Roycroft

A Sunday in the Country features a deluxe brunch at the renowned Roycroft Inn in East Aurora, followed by an old-fashioned trolley ride through the countryside to Graycliff, the country estate in Derby designed by Frank Lloyd Wright for the Darwin D. Martin family. Guests will be given a tour of the estate and its grounds before returning by trolley to the Roycroft Inn. Since the outing will involve walking out of doors, comfortable shoes are recommended. A Sunday in the Country begins at 11:30 a.m. and ends at approximately 3:30 p.m. at the Roycroft Inn. Reservations are recommended.

Elmwood Film Festival: Cinema Sotto Le Stelle
For the last few years, open-air Italian-themed films have been shown Friday Nights in July with discussions of the film before the screening. Begins at dusk. Bring a folding chair and come on July 7, 14, 21, 28.

World Class Youngstown Level Regatta
One of the largest fresh water regattas in the world makes its way to Youngstown on July 29-30. This world class sailing competition is held on Lake Ontario.

Motorcycle Exhibit at the Amherst Museum

Looking for Adventure: A Century of Motorcycles will look at the evolution of motorcycles in the 20th century. The exhibit will explore the development of the motorcycle from its beginnings as a motorized vehicle to today’s use in recreation. Jessica Johnson, Curator of Collectons, is presenting this exhibit because many of the early bikes were manufactured in Western New York The exhibit will feature several motorcycles made here.

Regular admission is $5 for Adults, $1.50 for Children and Museum Members are free. Admission includes all current Museum exhibits, historic buildings and grounds. The Museum is open to the public Tuesday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 12:30 - 4:30 p.m.
