On April 23 Forever Young will hold its free semi-annual Health and Living Expo from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Classics V Banquet Center, located at 2425 Niagara Falls Boulevard in Amherst. This is one of the major dates on our yearly calendar. Our last Expo in October was a big hit, and we’re thrilled to repeat the fun and excitement. But what makes it such an important event in the community is its focus on information. You’ll see details on the event, which includes prize giveaways every hour, health screenings, and much, much more.
