A Seasoned Chef

Thankfully spring is here and with herb gardens in mind I thought I would share some of my favorite recipes using fresh herbs. It is amazing how fresh herbs really add to the flavor of a dish; I try to use fresh as opposed to dried herbs whenever possible. It is getting easier and easier to find many of them at your local grocery store all year long. Of course, we hope that you will have fun trying to grow your own as well.
